Beacon Outreach was born out of a divine burden to bridge the gap between faith and action. What began as a small initiative to support local communities has grown into a movement impacting lives across cities and nations.
Through years of dedicated service, we have expanded our reach, deepened our impact, and partnered with like-minded individuals and organizations to extend the hands of Jesus to the world.
From feeding the hungry and educating children to providing medical aid and supporting rural churches, every effort at Beacon Outreach is fueled by a desire to see lives changed for the better. We are committed to being a lighthouse in dark places, shining the light of God’s love through tangible, life-changing solutions.

Adaigbe Wisdome Solomon
- Pastor | Teacher | Counsellor | Tech Consultant | Transformation Strategist
Adaigbe Wisdom Solomon is a distinguished graduate of Economics from Lagos State University and an alumnus of the Word Of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI). He also studied Marketing and Customer Analytics at The Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania.
With over 22 years of experience spanning ministry, technology, and training, he is renowned for his innovative strategies that drive operational excellence and productivity.
As an IT consultant with expertise in hardware and software, Wisdom Solomon combines his technical acumen with a passion for mentorship and leadership development. His dedication to faith, family, and professional excellence is evident in every aspect of his life.
He serves as the President and Lead Pastor of Beacon Christian Center International (BCCi), where he leads with vision and commitment, fostering spiritual growth and development. He is also the President of Beacon Outreach and Beacon Book Club, two vibrant expressions of his passion for community transformation and intellectual empowerment.
A devoted pastor, loving husband, and proud father, Wisdom Solomon exemplifies the values of integrity, service, and excellence.

- Program Coordinator, Beacon Outreach | Purpose-Driven Leader | Music Minister
Joshua is a purpose-driven individual whose core values integrity, accountability, and commitment to growth shape his leadership and service. He is a graduate of Energy and Petroleum Studies from the prestigious Novena University* and a dynamic leader with a heart for community transformation and spiritual impact.
As the Program Coordinator at Beacon Outreach, Joshua plays a key role in organizing and executing impactful outreach programs that uplift lives and expand the reach of God’s kingdom. His ability to strategically plan, coordinate, and mobilize resources ensures that each initiative delivers meaningful change to communities.
Beyond his leadership role, Joshua is a passionate music minister who uses his gift to inspire, uplift, and draw people closer to God. Through his music ministry, he has *impacted countless lives and contributed to the advancement of God’s kingdom. His dedication to excellence, both in administration and ministry, makes him a valuable asset to any team or mission.

Amade Osagie is an optimistic leader, always enthusiastic in added value to lives. A graduate of Sociology and Anthropology from the prestigious University of Benin, and successfully graduated from National institute of Management Studies (NIMS).
Currently working as Head of Control / Compliance as well supervisory role as Financial Controller in Financial Organisation.

Adaigbe Joy Onyenenue is a compassionate leader, seasoned marriage counsellor, and a passionate advocate for transformation. As the Head of Operations at Beacon Outreach, she plays a pivotal role in coordinating and executing life-changing programs that impact communities, restore hope, and spread the love of Christ.
A graduate of Agricultural Science from the University of Benin, Joy is deeply committed to outreach ministry, leadership, and humanitarian service. Her work spans across prison ministry, children’s outreach, and marriage counselling, where she has helped countless individuals and families find healing, restoration, and direction.
Her strategic leadership and unwavering dedication ensure that Beacon Outreach operates with excellence, reaching the lost, serving the needy, and transforming lives through faith and action. She is driven by integrity, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose, making her a pillar of strength within the Beacon Leadership Team.
Through her prison ministry, she extends hope and rehabilitation to the incarcerated, offering them a chance at spiritual renewal. Her children’s outreach efforts focus on empowering young lives with faith, education, and love, while her role as a marriage counsellor brings healing and wisdom to homes and relationships.

Meet our Technical Director & Outreach Engagement Lead, David combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise to expand the organization’s digital reach and impact. With a BSc in Computer Science from Ajayi Crowther University and certifications in various IT Course, he brings a strong foundation in IT support, product design, and user experience.
Semilore is a skilled Technical Sales Specialist and Growth Strategist, with hands-on experience in fiber optics, software development, and network solutions. His technical toolkit includes Development & Design, IT troubleshooting, network configuration, cybersecurity best practices, software and systems management, and data security compliance.
Known for his strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, he connects technology with community needs creating engaging digital solutions and outreach strategies that drive real world transformation.
